BTS SERIES MACHINES
BTS series machines are designed to give forming to PP, PS, PE, ABS, PVC and LDPE plastic sheets by vacuum technique.
We produce these machines on different options for the order. They have a wide usage area, particulary automotive, machinery, medical, furniture, adverstising, household appliances industry.
Machine's size vary according to the requested forming area. With wide forming area models, movement of mould with servo motor and clamping frame movement is provided by the proportional hydraulic system.
All machines are controlled by PLC. All parameters to the operations are entered into the system and recorded. Thus, it's eliminated the possible errors and time losses that can be repeated on every production change.
